Terms & Conditions for Bayawifi - Your Geluksdal Wi-Fi Service

Hey there! By using Bayawifi, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept them simple so you know exactly what's up when you sign up for our internet service. Here's how it all works:

Bayawifi Terms of Service Summary

1. Service Basics

• • No contracts/fees: Month-to-month, no sign-up or cancellation fees.

  • Free equipment: Litebeam, PoE, router, and Cat5e cable provided (1 installation point).

  • Cancellation: Equipment must be returned when service ends.

2. Insurance Option (R25/month)

• • Covers: Lightning/surge damage to equipment (Litebeam, PoE, router, cable).

  • Excludes: Negligence (e.g., water damage).

  • Without insurance: You pay replacements:

    • Litebeam: R1400 | PoE: R250 | Router: R600 | Cat5e: R20/meter.

3. Billing & Payments

• • Invoices: Sent on the 20th, due by the 7th of the next month.

  • Late payment: Service suspended on the 7th; R50 reconnection fee.

  • Auto-cancellation: If inactive for 2 months (we collect the equipment).

4. Your Responsibilities

• • Safeguard equipment; no liability for outages (unless insured).

  • Notify Bayawifi if canceling or auto-canceled for equipment collection.

• • Updates communicated via email/website; continued use = acceptance.
